It is requested that action may kindly be taken to recast the gradation list of PAs of Ottapalam Division, early as on 01-07-2010.

Immediate action may please be taken to post the Accountant II at Ottapalam HO as the post is lying vacant since months together.

Since the attack of mosquitoes is very severe during night hours, one mosquito net may be provided to the night chowkidar, Ottapalam HO urgently.
12/10: Remuneration for staff for the work done on 24-10-10-reg
It is reported that as per the directions of SPOs, Ottapalam staff attended office and effected delivery of ballot papers on 24-10-10 in c/w the Local Bodies Election. Action may please be taken to sanction additional remuneration to staff who attended the extra work on Sunday.
13/10 : Posting of Group D, at HO-reg
It is noticed that the official who posted as Group D, Ottapalam HO as per the Court directions, has not so far been joined at HO. It is requested to take action to fill up the vacancy with willing and eligible GDS among the seniority list, Ottapalam Division.

26/10: Harassment by SPM, Perimbadari-reg
It is reported that the SPM Perimbadari is harassing the GDS Packer daily during his duty hours in office for flimsy reasons and some times for no reason. It is requested that necessary protection may be provided to the GDS Packer to perform official duties without fear and harassment, in future.
