Sir,

This is an issue discussed with the SPOs during monthly meeting vide item No. 08/11 to which SPOs had given reply that the action of regularization is in progress. Now several months have elapsed and no progress is seen in the matter. This Union seriously noted that the action of the Divisional Administration is not justifiable and beyond our expectations. When we verified the details of some cases, we really shocked that without any reason, some appointments are still remain provisional, denying the official’s legitimate benefits like Annual increment, paid leave, Bonus, SDBS etc. and the real reason is known to the Divnl. Administration only. The details of cases are furnished below for immediate perusal. We don’t find any basic incapability to these GDS officials since all are recruited completing all the recruitment procedures of GDS Recruitment Rules.

This Union once again urge the Dnl. Administation to take immediate steps to regularize the appointments on a war footing basis and to settle the grievances accumulated on this account.

An early action in the matter is requested.
