Ref:- SPOs No. B1/12/GL dated 07-02-2011.

A kind reference is invited to the memo cited above, wherein the names of officials who completed their station tenure and post tenure as on 30-09-2011 were circulated.

In the above memo, list of posts which are vacant/ going to be vacant are also furnished. It is surprised that how the Dnl. Administration notified the only two posts ie, SPM, Vilayur and PA, SG Press to be filled up during Rotation. This Union wish to intimate that the information regarding vacant posts is incomplete. The posts shown below are also vacant now and to be filled up. Hence choice stations from officials to such posts are also to be called for. Two posts of Divisional Office are too vacant which are not included in the list.

This Union strongly opposes the attitude of the Divisional Administration and vehemently protests against this and request the Divisional Administration to notify all the vacant posts for consideration during RT-2011.
