Sir,
It is learnt that the Divisional Administration is initiating action to fill up the Group D Vacancies of this Division with senior GDS available, in the light of the recent orders of Hon’ble .High Court and CAT, Ernakulam. It is also learnt that the Court has given direction to fill up all posts arised from 2002 to 2009. In our knowledge, the following Group D officials were retired/ promoted /expired during the period in our Division. Details are furnished below:

From the above, it may be seen that as on 2009, 13(Thirteen) vacancies are available and all these posts are to be filled up.
In these circumstances, it is requested to fill up all the thirteen vacant posts in the light of the Hon’ble CAT Judgment, at the earliest.
