Personnel under orders of transfer will not be granted any leave and those who are already on leave will be directed to join their new posts on expiry of the leave. Officials who are eligible for joining time are requested to curtail it to the possible extent and un-availed portion of Joining Time if any will be credited to their EL account as per the rules in force on the subject.

Official under orders of posting except those in charge of ‘C’ Class offices will move under office arrangement and all movements will be completed by 31.05.2011.
