*INCENTIVE(ALLOWANCE) paid by the State Govt.to the MPKBY Agents will be deducted from the Commission paid by the Central Govt. ie, No 4% Commission will be paid by the Central Govt. to the MPKBY Agents of Kerala. They will get only the 4% allowance paid by the State Govt.
