New Items to be discussed in the next monthly meeting to be held on 09-05-2012.

10/2012: Rotation Transfer 2012-anomalies-reg

The details of anomalies in the Rotation Transfer 2012 were already communicated to the SPOs, which were still not settled. Hence, it is requested to discuss the progress of action taken in this regard, in detail.

11/2012: Transfer to Dnl. Secretary under immunity-reg
     
The Divisional Secretary of this Union is now working in an office away from the Union Head Quarters for the last two years. It is requested that he may be posted at Union Head Quarters at Ottapalam under immunity.

                         08/ 2012: Re-distribution of Postman Beat of Srikrishnapuram SO-reg
     
Action may please be taken to redistribute the Beat No.1 of Srikrishnapuram and Kattukulam BO under Thiruvazhiyode SO as there is dispute in the delivery area earmarked.

09/ 2012: Postings of Mail Overseer -reg

It is reported that there are anomalies in the postings of Mail Overseers and requests were not considered properly. This issue may be discussed in detail.

10/2012: Fixation of Pay of Canteen Employees as per 6th CPC-reg
While implementing the recommendations of 6th CPC with effect from 01-01-2006, the Pay of the Canteen staff has been fixed in the PB-1, ie 4860-20200 with GP 1800. As the minimum of the Group D is to be fixed at Rs. 7000/-, it is noticed that the orders of fixation of Pay of canteen employees in the PB-1 is not in order. Hence, it is requested to fix the Pay in the scale 5200-20200 with GP 1800 in PB-1, with effect from 01-01-2006.

16/2012: Proposed move to abolish GDS SV post at Shornur/ Cherpalcheri –reg
It is requested that action may be taken to collect statistics of the posts and request to drop the proposed move to abolish the posts.

            17/2012: Supply of one Letter Box to Trithala SO
         It is requested that one LB may be supplied to Trithala SO as no locking arrangement to the LB available.
