Monthly Meeting-Items-March-2013- PIV Union


               05   / 2013:  Non-drawal of washing allowance -reg
It is represented that no washing allowance is drawn and paid to the MTS, Kumaranallur, eligible from April-2012 even after repeated requests. Action may please be taken to draw the allowance early.

                          06 / 2013:  Supply chairs to Chittur –Agali  BO- reg
It is requested to supply two chairs to Chittur BO as the delivery staff are experiencing to difficulty to manage their work at office without seating arrangement. Hence, it is requested to supply two chairs to this BO urgently.

   07 /2013: Creation of one GDSMP at Kumaranallur SO- reg
The work of the MTS now starts from 0700 AM and ends 0600 PM, which exceeds the limit of prescribed 8 hours work. In addition to the normal office works and Bank attendance, he has to convey Mail bags of Angadi and Kalladathur and clearance of outside LBs. Moreover, the MTS has to collect and exchange mails with exclusive MMS in the morning and evening. It is requested to take steps to create one GDS MP post at Kumaranallur to share the extra works.

 08 /2013 :Delay in sanctioning of RPLI incentive Bills - reg
It is reported that several incentive bills are pending and payment is delayed and the staff are agitated.  The bill of Jellipara BO is reported rejected and payment is delayed. Action may be taken to release all pending bills before end of this month.

    09 /2013: Non receipt of Welfare Assistances-reg
The following non receipts of welfare assistance cases are reported. It is requested to arrange payment early.
1)      Case of Smt. Soumya, GDS MD, Pathamkulam (Treatment)
2)      Case of Smt. Bindu. , GDS BPM, Perumannur ( Maternity Leave)

10 /2013: Posting of  MTS at Divnl. Office–reg
One post of MTS at Divisional Office is vacant now and noticed that the arrangement made with GDS in that post is terminated, also.  It is requested to post one MTS willing to work in DO may be posted, early.

      11 /2013: Training to GDS-reg
It is reported that a training program for GDS is scheduled in our division and conducting in Sub Divisional level. It is complained that instead of training some harassment to canvass RPLI policies is going on during the period and no training conducted. The case may be discussed in detail and the harassment may be stopped immediately.

     12 /2013 :Creation of one additional delivery staff at Kizhayur BO:
  It is reported that the delivery area is very heavy and the existing delivery establishment is not sufficient to complete the work. As the area is vast and developing it is requested to provide one more delivery staff to this BO, early.
