Sir,

Ref:- SPOs, No. L12/RPLI/Dlgs dated 19-07-2011.

Kindly refer to the letter cited above in which the decision of the SPOs to convene a meeting on PLI/RPLI was communicated. It is also noticed that a meeting of all PMs/ SPMs is also scheduled to convene on 31-07-2011 (Sunday) at Ottapalam HO.

In this connection, with vehement protest, we wish to intimate that the decision of the Divisional administration is in violation of the strike agreement reached with the Unions by the DG, Posts, New Delhi on 01-07-2011, during discussions on charter of demands.

Hence, it is requested to drop the program fixed on 31-07-2011(Sunday) and reschedule it to a working day at a convenient date and time.

We also wish to intimate that representatives of our Unions will not attend the meetings on 31-07-2011, as part of our protest against the attitude of the Divisional administration in violation of the agreement dated 01-07-2011.
